Back on Blogger

Yet another failed attempt at blogging.  This time now because of a lack of enthusiasm on my part, but a faulty hard drive.  I lost my most recent posts on my mac.  Apparently there is no easy way to get them back.  I guess I will point my domain name here and continue my posts using blogger.  Oh well, life goes on.

Jared's First Big League Game

We had a great time. Jared really enjoyed all the fun things the Rangers do to keep the kids entertained. We played all the games, we had jumbo dogs, and explored the whole park. We had short stints of sitting and actually watching the game, there were just so many things to do we didn't want to miss anything.

Jared's horse parade at school

Jared had a cute little activity at school yesterday. They make stick horses for a horse parade. They got to dress up as cowboys today and ride their horses though the school. It was a lot of fun and you could tell Jared was very excited. Here are a couple pics and a short video.

The kids and the dogs are having fun getting to know each other. Nothing like the bond between a kid and their dog :)

Let me introduce you to Kisses & Duke

We were out one weekend and decided to look for a pet for the kids. We stumbled on to this adorable little pug. The kids fell in love with her and we had to take her home. Then I found that Lisa wasn't really as allergic to the short haired dogs as we thought so I put myself in the doghouse by buying a little boxer boy today. I have tentatively named him Duke after my childhood pet. He may go through the witness relocation program and get a new name before the night is through :)
